Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as by booking with Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry you agree to be bound by the Terms.
Bookings are subject to availability. When booking, you will be required to pay a $300.00 deposit, which is only refundable within the terms of the cancellation policy. Failure to give required notice will result in losing your deposit.
Wedding dates are secured once the deposit has been paid, which is deducted from the total invoice amount.
Bookings are secured via packages dictated by bridal party size, once booking is confirmed packages cannot be reduced, but we can try to accommodate any increases in bridal party members. Two weeks notice is requested for any additions to the party size to allow enough time to reorganise the time schedule. If extra services are provided on the day (inclusive of parking fees and additional people) payment up front will be required via cash or Eftpos.
The outstanding balance of your final invoice must be paid 30 days prior to the date of your booking.
Travel fees apply based on distance required to travel and are included in the packages by location. If parking fees are incurred, this will be passed on as the responsibility of the Client.
The time allocated for the trial includes 1 style with a few minor tweaks, anything further that requires more time will also incur an extra charge. During your trial please be clear on any issues or areas you would like changed or be addressed so improvements can be made to achieve 100% satisfaction for your day. Cancellations of Trials are require 24 hour’s notice, or incur a cancellation fee.
The client scheduling the booking will be responsible for full payment of all services. To secure your date, a $300.00 deposit is required. Remaining payment of the total outstanding amount is required 30 days prior to the date of the booking. An electronic receipt or proof of payment is highly recommended to avoid any issues. Direct Deposit Transfers are accepted as payment, please include your full name in the reference so your transaction can be identified. All payments without the necessary notice given are non-refundable.
In the incident of a price increase, all invoices already issued will not be affected.
Cancellations will only be received and accepted in writing via email.
In the event of a cancellation given more than 3 month’s notice, a full refund will be issued.
Notice given with less than 3 month’s notice but more than 1 month's notice will require 50% of the total amount to cover losses of potential business.
Less than 1 month's notice of cancellation will result in the client being charged the full service amount to cover the loss of business.
The package you book for is the minimum amount of people & cannot be reduced. You may interchange a person’s position with someone else/ a guest if needed but the minimum cannot be reduced further. It is the responsibility of the Client making the booking to make the other parties aware of Jasmin Lee Hair artistry’s terms and conditions.
Cancellations of Trials are require 24 hour’s notice, or incur a cancellation fee. See the section below regarding COVID-19 lockdowns & postponements.
If your booking needs to be reschedules due to a confirmed COVID-19 LOCKDOWN, full booking payment is required as per the cancellation policy with guarantee that Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry will provide service on your new set date. If rescheduling due to other circumstances including COVID-19 related circumstances that are NOT due to a lock down and your date is rescheduled more than once, full payment will be required and a fee will be charged for any dates that are booked after the first rescheduling to cover the loss of business and potential business over multiple dates.
Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry does not offer refunds for any services completed. If you are unsatisfied, it is your responsibility as the client to be clear and say so while the stylist is still on location.
Time management is very important and abiding by booking times is essential. If unforeseen circumstances arise it becomes the client’s responsibility to give notice to Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry as soon as possible. If there are delays on the completion time due to the client or the group then Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry claims no responsibility.
Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry is not under any circumstances responsible or liable for allergies/reactions due to products/equipment or any products/equipment that is supplied by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to advise of any allergies/sensitivities that the client or anyone on the premises may have. Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry also has the right to refuse a service to anyone with headlice, skin lesions, freshly open wounds or displaying contagious viral symptoms for safety. It is very important that children are always under adult supervision as hot tools, aerosol products and choking hazards may be on premises and Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry is not liable for any incidents that may occur.
In the unfortunate event that Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry is unable to attend, a full attempt to replace the service will be undertaken and if that is unsuccessful then a full refund will be issued.
Clients accept that Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry may use any video/photography/images taken for the purpose of portfolio, website, promotional/marketing content and social media.
Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry holds no responsibility for any claims arising from misuse, misinformation, allergies/sensitivities or injuries suffered from the products/equipment supplied by Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry. This document is for general information purposes only and not for medical advice. Always seek professional medical advice.
By booking with Jasmin Lee Hair Artistry, you acknowledge and release all responsibility and liability if such situations as listed above arise. Payment of the deposit binds the client by this document.
Client understands that paying the deposit confirms you have read and agree to the above document and are legally bound.
