 Whether you decide to book your trial separately or in our combined offer, the trial is the perfect opportunity for us all to meet, discuss your inspo, dream looks & how we would go about achieving them for you,
 while trouble shooting any issues that may arise.
Your trial includes previewing your style with small changes so we are better prepared for your day & can see how you hair & makeup holds/ reacts.
We will also cover hair care, skin care & prep leading up to your wedding which will ensure a better result on your day. Your trial is the perfect opportunity to answer all of those hair & make up related questions & we can recommended options for every situation.

Trials will be held separately at our individual studios (Nerang, GC) & Wellington Point (Bris) or together at either one.

frequently asked questions

How long does it take per person?

Generally, we allow 1 hour per person, per service then 30mins total for all touch ups at the
 end. In saying that though, not every look/style will take the full 60 mins and some can be
 achieved in a time frame of 45mins. However, allocating this time allows for more time if
 someone's hair is complex to style, someone hasn't followed the prep or for delays that can
 happen in your day.
You would much rather be ready a little earlier & have time to spare then to be rushed & not
 ready for the photographers.

Do I need a Trial?

YES! A trial is so important, especially if you are after a certain look that is maybe out of your day
 to day comfort zone or you haven't tried the style/look before. During your trial we work through
 all the elements of your look which can only be decided once you try it. Your hair & skin will be
 assessed & recommendations for what could help enhance your chosen look. This also is the
 opportunity to see how everything holds up so we can perfect any areas that may need
 tweaking to suit you. Its important to keep in mind that everyone's hair & skin is different & a
 style may look amazing on Insta but not feel like YOU when you try it. It's better to work
 through all of this prior to doing it the morning of your wedding day..

Is there anything I should do to prepare for the both of you leading up to the big day?

Another YES! As the day gets closer, we will reach out with preparation instructions for both hair
 and skin. It’s very important that you follow these instructions to ensure you get the best results
 possible! In terms of the space we will be setting up in, upon arrival, we may need to move
 furniture around to suit our set up. This is another thing that you don’t necessarily have to
 “prepare” for, but definitely something to think about and plan in advance is the space that you
 will be getting ready in. In order for you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time getting ready, it’s
 important that you ask yourself the following questions when choosing your getting ready space.
 Is the space big enough to comfortably fit my whole bridal party PLUS the hair & makeup
 team AND the photographers and videographers?
 Is there an area suitable for the hair and makeup team to set up with natural lighting and
 good ventilation for hair fumes? (bathrooms and bedrooms are NOT good spaces for us to set
 up)
 Is there an area for those waiting before or after getting hair & makeup to relax and enjoy the
 day? (it’s quite a long day so having a comfortable area to relax in makes a big difference to
 your experience)

Terms & Conditions

 Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully as it is a legal binding document that
 you are agreeing to by paying your deposit.

 DEPOSITS:
 A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person, per service is required to secure a booking. This  deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This must be paid via bank transfer to the account details on the invoice attached. No bookings are held or secured without a paid and cleared deposit.

PAYMENT:
 The outstanding balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding day. If your payment is late, you will be invoiced an additional 5% late payment fee compounding daily until your payment has been paid and cleared.

 TRAVEL COSTS:
 Our travel fee does NOT include extra fees such as parking, planes, boats, barges etc. These fees must be reimbursed no later than the day of service.

 CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENTS:
 Cancellations within 30 days of the booked date will result in the full amount being due.
 Cancellations within 60 days of the booked date will result in 50% of the full amount being due.
 Cancellations prior to 60 days of the booked date will result in your deposit being forfeited.
 We are happy to reschedule your booked date one time free of charge. Any postponements after that will result in a new booking fee being due. In the unlikely event that we become unable to take on the job due to being unwell, we will do
 everything we can to find a replacement artist that is to our standard.

 HEALTH & SAFETY:
 You are required to disclose if you currently have any form of contagious or non-contagious skin conditions including but not limited to; coldsores, styes and conjunctivitis. If you are showing any signs of sickness prior to your appointment, including but not limited to; common cold/flu, stomach flu, covid 19, please notify us asap.
 If you show up to your appointment showing signs of sickness we reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons. In this circumstance, the full amount quoted will remain due. We will not tolerate any verbally or physically abusive behaviour. If at any point we feel unsafe due to any circumstances caused by yourself, your friends or family, we reserve the
 right to depart immediately. In this circumstance, no refunds will be granted.

 By paying the booking fee and securing your booking date you are acknowledging that you
 have read, understand and agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
